Amazon’s newest cross-categorical customer-education destination is Amazon Connected Home (www.amazon.com/connectedhome). Dedicated to providing solutions to our customers’ complex electronics and connectivity needs, Amazon Connected home uses videos, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and community involvement to help customers easily understand the ins-and-outs of technologies that make up a Connected Home ecosystem.

Connected Home offers solutions first, products second; blending the merchandising of the What (the products), the Why (the benefits/solutions), and the How (the educational content) to help our customers reach that “Oh yeah, I get it!” moment before entering the shopping flow or commit to purchasing a product.

The solutions currently being addressed are streaming music and movies, security cameras, home automation, boosting your cell phone signal and sharing a printer with more than one computer.
